ABOUT ME
Coach Benjamin Ciesinski
In early 2022, I learned I had heart disease.
Most people would see that as a setback.
I saw it as a turning point.
I immersed myself in the science of metabolic health, cardiovascular function, nutrition, stress, sleep, and exercise — studying how each one shapes both daily vitality and long-term disease risk. I applied everything I learned to myself, transforming my own health from the inside out.
After more than 15 years helping people reach their goals in higher education, I realized I could make an even deeper impact by helping others improve their long-term health, prevent chronic disease, and truly thrive.
For the past three years, I’ve coached clients at a luxury fitness club and privately, guiding them toward not just stronger bodies — but better biomarkers, healthier hearts, and habits that last.
MY MISSION:
To help individuals investment in themselves: understand and develop "true health", stay active and energized, and build sustainable habits to last a lifetime.
