FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Who do you work with?

I work with motivated adults who want to make sustainable improvements to their health, energy, and performance. Most clients are busy professionals who want clear guidance, structure, and accountability—with customized solutions to meet their goals.

2. What makes your approach different from other coaches or trainers?

My work integrates movement, nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior change into one cohesive plan. Rather than one-size-fits-all programs, everything is personalized and adjusted based on your goals, feedback, and progress.

3. Is this program customized to me?

Yes—completely. Your persona plan is built around your goals, schedule, preferences, training experience, and health history. Nothing is templated, and your program evolves as you do.

4. Do I need to be “in shape” or experienced to start?

Not at all. Clients range from beginners to experienced exercisers. Programs are designed to meet you where you are and progress safely and effectively from there.

5. What areas can you help me with?

Depending on your needs, coaching may focus on:

  • Strength and body composition

  • Nutrition habits and fueling strategies

  • Energy, sleep, stress, and recovery

  • Mobility, injury prevention, and longevity

  • Consistent and sustainable routines

6. How long does it take to see results?

Many clients notice improvements in energy, strength, and habits within the first few weeks. Meaningful physical and lifestyle changes typically occur over 8–12 weeks, with long-term results coming from ongoing consistency.

7. How is health or nutrition coaching different from medical care?

I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. Coaching focuses on behavior change, education, and lifestyle optimization, and is designed to complement care from your physician or healthcare provider. Your medical history, lab work (when appropriate), and any existing recommendations are taken into consideration, and collaboration with your healthcare team is welcomed as a key part of creating a safe, effective plan.

8. What is the time commitment each week?

Each client’s plan is unique to their goals and the time that fits their needs. The goal is progress that’s realistic and sustainable—not overwhelming.

9. How do I get started?

The first step is a complimentary consultation where I can learn about your goals and needs. I will then present to you a customized proposal, after which we will collaboratively define your best path forward.
